Bruce Klein is the vice president for Cisco Systems' federal organization, which supports the Department of Defense, Civilian agencies, and Intelligence Community with the development, deployment and maintenance of integrated end-to-end, network solutions. Mr. Klein's primary role in this position is to support federal customers in applying industry best practices in networking and Internet technology for enterprise management.

Prior to assuming the Cisco federal vice presidency role, Mr. Klein was vice president, federal where he managed sales, services, support and marketing into the Federal government for HP. During Mr. Klein's 20 years experience with HP, he oversaw immense growth in the company's federal sales. He was responsible for reorganizing the federal sales operation to become more focused on customer satisfaction and teamed with resellers and systems integrators to grow HP's business. Mr. Klein also integrated HP's consulting and support services into a single organization to position HP as a total solutions provider to federal customers. He contributed to the development of account-specific marketing and sales planning, and developed solutions based training for the HP sales team.

Mr. Klein holds a bachelor's of science degree in management information systems from George Mason University.
