Jenny Couch
Associate Partner
Providge Consulting

During her tenure at Providge Consulting, Jenny Couch worked her way in two short years from a project coordinator to a leader within the firm as its newest associate partner. Starting as a project coordinator focused on internal operations, Couch's leadership and commitment to detail resulted in a promotion to a project management (PM) consultant. Couch served as a PM consultant to Pfizer on several projects while simultaneously taking a leadership role in the firm's business development efforts. Her efforts in generating new business for the firm and developing a strategic vision resulted in Couch's promotion to business development manager in May 2015. Her continued commitment to delivering results earned Couch a position as an associate partner with Providge Consulting in January 2016.

Prior to joining Providge Consulting in August 2013, Couch served in several roles at AARP. Working first in their international affairs department as a policy analyst, she was assigned in October 2011 to the State and National Group where she focused on coordinating strategic planning and performance management efforts for the organization's 53 state offices. Couch earned her bachelor's degree from American University in 2010, double majoring in economics and history.

Couch's energy, commitment to efficiency, and strong communication have contributed to her success in project management and business development. Couch is actively involved in NVTC as a vice-chair on the Business Development, Marketing and Sales Committee, and serves on the leadership team for the Health Technology Committee. Couch is also actively involved with AFCEA NOVA, where she regularly volunteers at the organization's IT Days, and with the Young AFCEANs. She serves on the Board of Directors of Bite Me Cancer a nonprofit dedicated to helping teens with cancer. Couch resides with her husband and three incredibly spoiled rescue dogs in Leesburg, Va.
