Prior to joining Providge Consulting in August 2013, Couch served in several roles at AARP. Working first in their international affairs department as a policy analyst, she was assigned in October 2011 to the State and National Group where she focused on coordinating strategic planning and performance management efforts for the organization's 53 state offices. Couch earned her bachelor's degree from American University in 2010, double majoring in economics and history.
Couch's energy, commitment to efficiency, and strong communication have contributed to her success in project management and business development. Couch is actively involved in NVTC as a vice-chair on the Business Development, Marketing and Sales Committee, and serves on the leadership team for the Health Technology Committee. Couch is also actively involved with AFCEA NOVA, where she regularly volunteers at the organization's IT Days, and with the Young AFCEANs. She serves on the Board of Directors of Bite Me Cancer a nonprofit dedicated to helping teens with cancer. Couch resides with her husband and three incredibly spoiled rescue dogs in Leesburg, Va.
