Frank Vorndran is a vice president based in Morgan Stanley's McLean, Virginia office. Vorndran develops long-term relationships with companies and executives in the technology and government services sectors to help prepare them for liquidity events, strategic exits, and preservation of wealth. Vorndran develops highly customized solutions for entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and private equity partners. His team also works with hedge fund executives, endowments, and privately controlled corporations.

Vorndran's client services form a comprehensive solution to include asset and risk management; access to private banking and lending solutions; alternative investments; tax efficient planning strategies; intergenerational wealth transfer; and strategies for concentrated equity holdings. Vorndran can facilitate introductions to Morgan Stanley's investment banking team for emerging growth company planning, and provides stock plan services, corporate retirement plans, block trading, and access to corporate lending solutions. Vorndran utilizes an open architecture of investment advice that is intellectually honest, purposeful and fee transparent. Clients receive direct contact with capital markets desks and global investment committee for specialized advice on large trades, and intricate asset allocation.

In addition to his work at Morgan Stanley, Frank serves on the Advisory board for Management at the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech. He has two lovely daughters, and lives with his wife in McLean, Va. In addition to his family and his practice, Frank loves long-distance bicycling, and passionately watching Formula1 auto racing.
