Board Member
Panos Anastassiadis
Chairman, CEO and President Cyveillance

Panos Anastassiadis, Chairman, CEO and President, brings more than 25 years of technology experience to Cyveillance. Most recently, Anastassiadis served as Executive Vice President at Merant, a leading e-business software solutions company with over $360 million in revenues and 2,000 employees. During the past 10 years, Anastassiadis ran numerous operational groups and business units domestically and internationally, most recently leading worldwide sales. Before heading up worldwide sales for Merant, Panos worked for more than eight years serving in several roles including vice president of international operations, senior vice president and general manager of the data connectivity business unit. His other posts at the company have included vice president for the international partners organization and head of southern European operations. Prior to joining Merant in 1991, Panos served as corporate vice president of southern Europe for Legent. His previous experience also includes a number of senior-level positions with UCCEL and Cincom.

Anastassiadis is seated on the Board of Directors of NFR Security, a developer of security technologies that protect organizations against attacks. He holds an electronic engineering degree from Thessaloniki College of Technology and a bachelor's of science degree with honors in electronic, computer and systems engineering from Loughborough University, United Kingdom.
